Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing operational management, strategic planning, and the advancement of influencer marketing initiatives throughout the DACH region.

• Independently identifying and selecting suitable creators that align with brand values and target demographics.

• Actively nurturing relationships with collaboration partners and establishing enduring partnerships.

• Leading price negotiations and autonomously finalizing collaborations.

• Planning, executing, and consistently optimizing performance-oriented creator campaigns.

• Independently managing a monthly budget for campaigns.

• Assessing collaborations against key performance indicators (KPIs) and determining optimization strategies.

• Acting as the intermediary between creators, the marketing team, and the Doonails brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in performance-oriented influencer marketing, either on the brand or agency side, preferably in e-commerce and the beauty industry.

• Demonstrated experience in managing substantial budgets along with strong numerical skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; knowledge of Pinterest is an advantage.

• Proficient in using common tools such as Storyclash and Linkster.

• Initial experience with AI tools is beneficial.

• Ideally, a well-established network of creators that can be activated immediately.

• A strong sense of ownership, a proactive approach, and exceptional organizational abilities.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
