Senior Implementation Engineer – DevOps, Application Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the Endor Labs platform for customers, guiding them from technical exploration and planning to deployment and initial adoption.

• Act as the main technical liaison during the implementation process, gaining an understanding of each customer's architecture, development workflows, and specific requirements.

• Integrate and configure Endor Labs within source-code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructures, and developer environments, including those based on Maven and Gradle.

• Diagnose intricate software, infrastructure, and configuration challenges, crafting custom solutions when standard integrations fall short of customer expectations.

• Articulate technical concepts and implementation updates effectively through calls, emails, and various collaboration platforms.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to address challenges and transform customer feedback into product enhancements.

• Juggle multiple implementation projects while assisting customers in adopting secure development practices with minimal disruption to their teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, application security, product support, technical implementation, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, APIs, source-code repositories, or deployment workflows.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in complex software and infrastructure settings.

• Capacity to comprehend unfamiliar technical environments and devise effective solutions for them.

• Exceptional communication skills for customer interactions, including the ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas.

• A proactive, responsive, and customer-focused approach to problem resolution.

• Experience in managing project-based technical tasks from initial discovery through to delivery.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Residing in Panama and capable of remote work alongside a manager and colleagues based in the United States.

• Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, open-source dependency management, DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, application security, or developer security tools is a plus but not required.
