Senior ICF Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee patient-focused medical writing initiatives centered around Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)

• Work in partnership with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional groups

• Handle project timelines, budgets, forecasts, resources, and modifications to contracts

• Act as a point of contact with other departments regarding contract changes

• Facilitate team meetings and update on project progress

• Create and track timelines to guarantee the timely delivery of final outputs

• Evaluate projects using tracking and management tools

• Identify, escalate, and address risks that could impact project quality, budget, or timelines

• Ensure adherence to quality processes and standards

• Analyze and manage project performance metrics

• Cultivate client relationships and tackle client management challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a scientific discipline preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role (equivalent to 5+ years)

• Proven experience in managing medical writing or clinical projects is essential

• Background in managing ICF content is a plus

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry is preferred

• Familiarity with medical writing (e.g., regulatory and/or plain language) is advantageous

• Strong project management abilities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

• Effective planning and organizational capabilities

• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills

• Proficient oral and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of global, regional, national, and other regulatory and document development guidelines pertinent to patient-focused deliverables

• High level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving
