📋 Description

• Take ownership of the enterprise User Access Review (UAR) program, overseeing its planning, execution, remediation, reporting, and ongoing enhancement.

• Organize regular access reviews across various applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and privileged access settings.

• Collaborate with business and system owners to maintain appropriate access levels.

• Evaluate completed reviews for quality and effectiveness.

• Detect excessive access, orphaned accounts, segregation of duties issues, and other access-related risks.

• Drive remediation efforts to successful completion.

• Identify shortcomings in application ownership, certification coverage, entitlement governance, and oversight of privileged access.

• Work alongside IAM, Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Audit teams to enhance governance processes, assist with audits and assessments, and fortify access management controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, IT Audit, or Governance, Risk & Compliance.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading User Access Reviews, access certification initiatives, or identity governance programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls, concepts related to privileged access, entitlement analysis, and best practices in access governance.

• Experience in supporting compliance and audit efforts, including SOC, PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, or other similar regulatory and control frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence decisions and challenge ineffective review processes.
