Quality – Standards and Governance Leader

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, execution, and assessment of Business Process Management Systems, which include Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems.

• Facilitate comprehensive process mapping aimed at enhancing quality.

• Standardize tools and performance methodologies.

• Act as the internal quality expert and advocate for best practices.

• Keep abreast of functional advancements and contribute to strategic and policy formulation.

• Ensure successful delivery within the designated area of responsibility.

• Communicate complex information effectively, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members.

• Lead projects with small to moderate risk and guide teams through delicate or challenging situations.

• Influence approaches, projects, and working methods within the functional domain.

• Evaluate technical data to support recommendations driven by data.

• Address moderately complex issues using insights from both internal and external sources.

• A Bachelor's degree paired with extensive experience in business process management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven capacity to influence, persuade, and build consensus among stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through mentoring others and leading cross-functional programs or projects.

• Proven ability to plan, document, market, and execute initiatives from initial conception through to completion.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to data analysis, anticipating challenges, and implementing successful solutions.
