📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of Business Process Management Systems, encompassing Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems.

• Facilitate thorough process mapping aimed at enhancing quality.

• Standardize tools and performance metrics.

• Act as the internal quality expert and advocate for best practices.

• Keep abreast of functional advancements and contribute to strategic and policy formulation.

• Ensure successful delivery within your area of accountability.

• Communicate complex information effectively and foster consensus among stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Lead projects with small to moderate risk and guide teams through sensitive or challenging circumstances.

• Influence approaches, projects, and methodologies within the functional domain.

• Evaluate technical data to support recommendations based on data analysis.

• Address moderately complex issues and make informed decisions utilizing both internal and external insights.

• Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in business process management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, persuade, and establish consensus among stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by a history of mentoring others and managing cross-functional programs or projects.

• Proven capability to plan, document, promote, and implement initiatives from start to finish.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to data analysis, anticipating challenges, and executing effective solutions.
