Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist

📋 Description

• Implement and deliver offerings from the Salted Stone Solutions Team, such as data migration, portal strategy, and HubSpot onboarding.

• Facilitate processes and workshops aimed at designing and enhancing HubSpot CRM systems, including mappings, technical data strategies, workflows, and lead flow.

• Outline sales processes and data management needs for new CRM infrastructure.

• Serve as a liaison between technically focused marketers and software developers, both internally and for clients.

• Engage in client-facing calls and offer technical insight on tools and services.

• Create documentation and procedures for technology configurations, customizations, and features for clients.

• Carry out assigned tasks with precision and within deadlines.

• Provide time estimates and adhere to project timelines, budgets, and management expectations.

• Identify areas for optimizing and streamlining team processes, implementing creative solutions accordingly.

• Train team members on offerings related to onboarding, data migration, and portal strategy.

• Collaborate with both internal and external development teams to connect existing systems with HubSpot.

• Produce standard Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for current or proposed integration frameworks.

• Advise on and execute system setups based on data-structure expertise.

• Discuss integration solutions involving first-party, third-party, and middleware options.

• Resolve integration and data-related challenges.

• Act as a subject matter expert to support new sales and upsell opportunities.

• Showcase Solutions Team offerings during sales calls and articulate their value effectively.

• Inquire with prospects to uncover pain points and identify value opportunities.

• Suggest suitable offering tiers to the sales team following conversations.

• Provide language for statements of work when required.

• Utilize the pricing calculator to achieve budget targets and generate pricing details.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Solutions Strategy, Technical Marketing, Marketing/Revenue Technologist, or Marketing/Revenue Operations role.

• Prior agency experience in a client-facing capacity.

• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot's Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently.

• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.

• Confident communication skills for regular client interactions.

• Advanced knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Databox, and related analytics tools.

• Advanced understanding or direct experience with Google Tag Manager.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales automation, business intelligence, and data enrichment tools.

• Extensive experience with SEM/SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Yoast.

• Advanced experience in architecting and developing scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems using HubSpot.

• Ability to identify opportunities for innovative solutions and automation.

• Practical experience with other marketing automation technologies like Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Familiarity with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Operations tools such as Intercom, Drift, and Zendesk.

• Proficiency in iPaaS software and middleware solutions, including Zapier and Automate.io.

• General knowledge of global data privacy regulations and requirements, such as GDPR.

• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms like Domo, Salesforce Einstein, Snowflake, Tableau, and Grow.

• Experience designing conversational chatbot flows using Intercom or Drift.
