Senior HR Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the HR operating model that supports Lokalise's talent strategy.

• Create HR experiences encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, and exit processes.

• Transform people data into actionable insights for HR Business Partners and organizational leaders.

• Design and oversee the HR calendar to enhance performance, compensation, and development results.

• Establish and manage the HR technology and vendor ecosystem, including Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships across various countries.

• Ensure compliance within a distributed, multi-national workforce.

• Report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior individual contributor with complete ownership of an HR operations area.

• Background in collaborating with a seasoned HR Business Partner and stakeholder network.

• Ability to make HR operational decisions that take into account business impact and commercial considerations.

• Proficient in utilizing people data to guide decision-making and the design of operational solutions.

• A strong enthusiasm for developing business-oriented HR infrastructure rather than merely maintaining existing processes or enforcing policies.

• Experience in senior-level HR operations within a distributed technology or SaaS organization.

• Expertise in managing EOR relationships and navigating multi-country employment complexities.

• Skilled in overseeing vendor relationships related to HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, and benefits.

• Must be residing in and possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.
