This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior consultant and subject matter expert in health services research, program evaluation, implementation science, and healthcare enhancement.
• Direct intricate evaluations, assessments, and analytical initiatives to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing healthcare delivery, quality, performance, and outcomes.
• Perform strategic analyses and convert research insights into practical recommendations for healthcare leaders and decision-makers.
• Assist consultation projects through evidence synthesis, needs assessments, program evaluations, and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with government partners and multidisciplinary teams to assess, implement, and maintain evidence-based practices and innovations.
• Create executive briefings, reports, white papers, technical documents, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methodologies to evaluate program effectiveness and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives centered on implementation science, healthcare transformation, dissemination, and organizational development.
• Facilitate conversations with senior stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations regarding healthcare programs, policies, and performance enhancement.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of knowledge products, tools, and resources that further Military Health System objectives.
• Support organizational advancement, solution creation, and future health program opportunities.
• Master’s degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting the Military Health System.
• Proven experience in conducting health services research, program evaluation, assessment, and strategic analysis.
• Expertise in synthesizing scientific evidence and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and aiding complex healthcare initiatives.
• Capability to obtain Public Trust/NACI clearance.
• Preferred: Experience and/or certification in Program Management.
• Preferred: Experience and/or certification in Change Management.
• Preferred: Background in supporting the Military Health System, Department of Defense, or other federal healthcare programs.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting implementation science, dissemination science, healthcare innovation, or evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
• Preferred: Background in supporting healthcare quality improvement, organizational advancement, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
