Senior HCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to deliver outstanding results while fostering trust and commitment.

• Provide guidance to clients on the optimal utilization of their UKG Pro system.

• Oversee the implementation of UKG Pro for clients, from the discovery phase to go-live.

• Ensure that UKG Pro systems are optimized and proactively tackle any challenges.

• Lead and manage a small team of consultants.

• Offer shadowing opportunities to assist in the onboarding of new team members.

• Inspire, engage, and motivate the team to achieve developmental and organizational objectives.

• Suggest and implement UKG Pro solutions leveraging industry and HRIS expertise.

• Consult with users, managers, and executives to ascertain functional specifications.

• Document, analyze, test, and adjust UKG Pro systems in accordance with client and system design specifications.

• Maintain target utilization rates and oversee daily operational tasks, including timekeeping and business management.

• Deliver projects within the established timeline and budget.

• Mentor Functional Consultants and assign functional solutions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in HRIS consulting.

• Proficient in UKG Pro configuration and optimization.

• Capability to work fully remotely and travel up to 40% as required for client engagements.

• Maintain Core and one additional UKG certification and be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred).

• Experience in leading client implementations from the discovery stage to go-live.

• Familiarity with system analysis and functional specifications.

• Competence in documenting, analyzing, testing, and modifying UKG Pro systems.

• Strong skills in consulting, relationship-building, communication, responsiveness, and client advisory.
