This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance the technology infrastructure that supports Cobalt’s go-to-market organization.
• Act as the main technical owner and administrator of Salesforce, covering architecture, objects, Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data modeling, release management, reporting infrastructure, and governance.
• Manage integrations and data flows across Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer Success platforms, enrichment providers, prospecting and sequencing tools, and other GTM applications.
• Convert GTM strategy and business requirements into scalable technical solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Assess, implement, and optimize GTM technologies.
• Oversee HubSpot administration, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing, forms, campaign infrastructure, attribution, integrations, automation, and synchronization with Salesforce.
• Facilitate lead management, campaign execution, attribution, intent signals, funnel measurement, and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs.
• Ensure the quality of GTM data and manage enrichment infrastructure, including field mapping, matching, deduplication, normalization, governance, and monitoring.
• Develop workflows for enrichment, data orchestration, intent signals, engagement data, and buying triggers.
• Assist Customer Success platforms and manage post-sale customer lifecycle processes, including health scoring, segmentation, renewals, expansion, churn risk, and lifecycle management.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across GTM functions.
• Create workflow automation using native platforms, APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered solutions and AI-enabled workflows or agents.
• Manage system health, permissions, release management, documentation, monitoring, controls, and technical governance.
• Lead technical initiatives from start to finish, including discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Salesforce Administration, GTM Engineering, or a related field within B2B SaaS.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, encompassing Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data architecture, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring and routing, forms, campaigns, attribution, automation, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience as the primary technical owner of Salesforce and HubSpot, managing integration and data flow between these platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the complete B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Experience with GTM data enrichment and governance, including enrichment providers, matching and mapping logic, deduplication, normalization, data quality monitoring, and CRM data management.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining cross-platform integrations utilizing APIs, webhooks, middleware, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience in building scalable workflow automation using native GTM platforms and tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Background in administering or integrating Customer Success platforms and supporting post-sale customer data and workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation within GTM workflows.
• Ability to independently manage critical business GTM systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive technical initiatives from requirements to deployment.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Qualified, Clari, UserGems, Planhat, or similar platforms.
• Nice to have: Experience with signal-based GTM workflows and AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
