This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.
β’ Design the architecture for the GTM stack, which encompasses CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, territory and routing logic, synchronization patterns, and system contracts.
β’ Integrate Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, Nooks, Salesloft, HubSpot, the data warehouse, and Oyster product APIs utilizing APIs, webhooks, and scripts.
β’ Develop AI-driven workflows, prompt chains, agents, and signal-detection pipelines aimed at prospect research, personalized outreach, and buying-signal alerts.
β’ Optimize commercial processes while taking ownership of revenue-generation strategies.
β’ Create automated data waterfalls to extract, clean, deduplicate, and route prospect and account data into the CRM.
β’ Reverse-engineer live processes to identify elements to retain or replace, and implement migration plans without disrupting pipeline, reporting, or sales activities.
β’ Establish workflow metrics, assess outcomes, and evaluate the quality of outputs.
β’ Ensure compliance by maintaining documented, monitored, and failure-resistant pipelines and agents.
β’ Collaborate with GTM teams to convert commercial objectives into technical solutions.
β’ 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, Revenue Operations, growth engineering, marketing/sales engineering, or software engineering with a focus on revenue-related challenges.
β’ Demonstrated examples of implemented solutions that show measurable impact on the pipeline.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack.
β’ Proficient in architecting CRM objects and fields, lifecycle stages, routing and territory logic, and synchronization patterns.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot, enrichment providers, outbound and sequencing tools, marketing automation, and platforms such as Clay.
β’ Capability to build custom integrations based on documentation.
β’ Experience managing production workflows, including error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and alerting.
β’ Practical experience utilizing AI/LLMs in GTM or automation scenarios.
β’ Understanding of prompt and context engineering.
β’ Strong judgment in determining when models are more effective than rules.
β’ Knowledge of funnel mechanics, conversion rates, and unit economics.
β’ Preference for rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iterative processes.
β’ Must be located within the EMEA region.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the location where you reside.
