Senior GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Execute GTM stack projects, which encompass tool implementations, integrations, routing/handoff/lifecycle automation, and cross-tool enhancements, from the design phase through testing, rollout, and enablement.

• Manage tier 2 escalations related to flow errors, integration failures, data model inquiries, and cross-system challenges; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

• Develop and sustain integrations and data flows utilizing iPaaS tools such as Fivetran and APIs.

• Maintain consistency in account ownership, territories, routing, and product catalog data across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools.

• Create AI-driven workflows using AI agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations.

• Conduct Salesforce tasks including complex flows, modifications to data models, updates to permission architecture, sandbox management, and release management.

• Contribute to solution design, requirements gathering, architecture assessments, tradeoff analysis, and evaluations of downstream impacts.

• Collaborate with vendors regarding implementations, support cases, and proofs of concept; hands-on evaluation of new tools.

• Document builds, develop reusable patterns, and mentor the IC2 engineer on troubleshooting and configuration.

• Work in partnership with the Technical Program Manager and senior engineers on scoped initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in administering and building on GTM/business systems.

• Significant expertise in Salesforce, including flows, data models, permissions, and deployments.

• Practical experience in at least two additional GTM tool categories: sales engagement, CS platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.

• Proven track record of managing implementations, integrations, or process automations from start to finish that successfully transitioned to production.

• Experience in constructing and troubleshooting integrations through iPaaS tools and/or APIs.

• Knowledge of authentication, rate limits, sync directions, and various failure modes.

• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations.

• Proficient with SQL and data warehouse concepts; capable of tracing data quality issues from origin to destination.

• Strong root-cause troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to convert ambiguous requests into defined work, communicate updates and tradeoffs effectively, and provide constructive pushback.

• Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient for reading, understanding, and reviewing code.

• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
