This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute GTM-stack project tasks, which encompass tool implementations, integration constructions, process automation, and enhancements across various tools.
• Take ownership of projects from the design phase through to testing, deployment, and training.
• Address tier 2 escalations related to flow errors, integration failures, inquiries about data models, and issues spanning multiple systems.
• Identify root causes of problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Develop and sustain iPaaS and API integrations as well as data flows among Snowflake, Salesforce, and subsequent tools.
• Create AI-driven workflows, which include AI agents, automation based on LLM, and integrations with MCP.
• Carry out Salesforce-related tasks involving intricate flows, modifications to data models, permissions, sandbox management, and release oversight.
• Participate in solution design, gather requirements, formulate architecture, analyze trade-offs, and assess downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with vendors on implementations, support inquiries, proofs of concept, and evaluations of tools.
• Document construction processes, establish reusable frameworks, and provide mentorship to the IC2 engineer.
• Partner with the Technical Program Manager and senior engineers on defined initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in administering and building GTM/business systems.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce, including flows, data models, permissions, and deployment processes.
• Practical experience in at least two additional GTM tool categories: sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.
• Comprehensive project delivery experience, including implementations, integrations, or automation of processes.
• Proven experience in building and troubleshooting integrations through iPaaS tools and/or APIs.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols, rate limits, synchronization directions, and failure scenarios.
• Practical experience or a strong interest in applying AI within systems work, encompassing agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and concepts related to data warehousing.
• Strong abilities in root-cause analysis and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Capable of defining ambiguous requests, clearly communicating progress and trade-offs, and constructively pushing back when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, comprehend, and review code.
• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
