This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Execute GTM stack project initiatives, encompassing tool implementations, integration builds, routing/handoff/lifecycle automation, and enhancements across tools.
β’ Take ownership of projects from the design phase through testing, deployment, and enablement.
β’ Manage tier 2 escalations related to flow errors, integration failures, data model inquiries, and cross-system challenges.
β’ Identify root causes of escalations and implement reliable solutions.
β’ Develop and maintain integrations and data flows utilizing iPaaS tools and APIs.
β’ Ensure consistency in account ownership, territories, routing, and product catalog data across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream systems.
β’ Create AI-driven workflows using AI agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations.
β’ Conduct Salesforce tasks, including complex flow designs, data model modifications, permission architecture updates, sandbox oversight, and release management.
β’ Contribute to solution design, requirement gathering, architecture planning, tradeoff analysis, and impact evaluation.
β’ Collaborate with vendors on implementations, support issues, and proofs of concept.
β’ Assess new tools through hands-on evaluation.
β’ Document builds, create reusable patterns, and provide mentorship to the IC2 engineer.
β’ Partner with the Technical Program Manager and senior engineers on defined initiatives.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and developing GTM/business systems.
β’ Deep expertise in Salesforce, encompassing flows, data models, permissions, and deployment processes.
β’ Practical experience in at least two additional GTM tool categories: sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.
β’ Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including implementations, integrations, or process automations.
β’ Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations using iPaaS tools and/or APIs.
β’ Knowledge of authentication, rate limits, sync direction, and failure modes.
β’ Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-based automation, or MCP-style integrations.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and understanding of warehouse concepts.
β’ Capability to trace data quality issues from source to destination.
β’ Strong root-cause troubleshooting skills.
β’ Ability to convert ambiguous requests into well-defined work and communicate progress and tradeoffs effectively.
β’ Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, comprehend, and review code.
β’ Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder, are advantageous.
