Senior GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project work throughout the GTM stack, encompassing tool implementations, integrations, routing/handoff/lifecycle automation, and enhancements across tools.

• Manage projects from the design phase through testing, rollout, and enablement.

• Address tier 2 escalations related to flow errors, integration failures, data model inquiries, and cross-system challenges.

• Identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Develop and sustain integrations and data flows utilizing iPaaS tools and APIs.

• Ensure consistent account ownership, territories, routing, and product catalogs across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream applications.

• Create AI-powered workflows, which include AI agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations.

• Conduct advanced Salesforce tasks involving flows, modifications to data models, permissions, sandbox management, and release processes.

• Participate in requirements gathering, architecture design, solution design, tradeoff analysis, and assessing downstream impacts.

• Collaborate with vendors on implementations, support inquiries, and proofs of concept.

• Hands-on evaluation of new tools.

• Document builds, create reusable patterns, and mentor IC2 engineers.

• Manage multiple projects alongside the Technical Program Manager and enhance escalation outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and developing on GTM/business systems.

• Profound knowledge of Salesforce, including flows, data models, permissions, and deployment processes.

• Practical experience in at least two other GTM tool categories, such as sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.

• Full ownership of shipped implementations, integrations, or process automations.

• Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations using iPaaS tools and/or APIs.

• Understanding of authentication processes, rate limits, sync direction, and failure modes.

• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations.

• Proficient with SQL and data warehouse concepts.

• Capability to trace data quality issues from source to destination.

• A disciplined approach to root-cause troubleshooting.

• Ability to transform ambiguous requests into well-defined tasks and communicate progress and trade-offs effectively.

• Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, comprehend, and review code.

• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
