This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of project work across the GTM stack, encompassing tool implementations, integrations, routing and lifecycle automation, as well as enhancements across tools.
• Guide projects from design through testing, rollout, and enablement phases.
• Manage tier 2 escalations related to flow errors, integration failures, data model inquiries, and cross-system challenges.
• Identify the root causes of issues and provide sustainable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations and data flows utilizing iPaaS tools and APIs.
• Ensure consistency of account ownership, territories, routing, and product catalog data across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream tools.
• Create AI-driven workflows, agents, LLM-based automation, and MCP integrations.
• Execute complex Salesforce tasks, including flows, data model modifications, permission architecture updates, sandbox management, and release management.
• Contribute to solution design, requirements gathering, architecture, tradeoff analysis, and impact evaluation.
• Collaborate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and proofs of concept.
• Assess new tools through hands-on experience.
• Document builds, create reusable patterns, and mentor the IC2 engineer.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and building on GTM/business systems.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise with flows, data models, permissions, and deployments.
• Practical experience in at least two other GTM tool categories: sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.
• Full ownership of delivered implementations, integrations, or process automations.
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting integrations via iPaaS tools and/or APIs.
• Knowledge of authentication, rate limits, sync direction, and potential failure modes.
• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-driven automation, or MCP-style integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of warehouse concepts.
• Capability to trace data quality issues from their source to their destination.
• Skills in root-cause analysis and documentation.
• Ability to define ambiguous requests, communicate updates and tradeoffs, and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient for reading, comprehending, and reviewing code.
• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
