📋 Description

• Take charge of retention and monetization as a growth loop, establishing targets and enhancing post-signup performance.

• Lead and refine the player segmentation framework utilizing value, risk, and additional signals.

• Develop an AI-native growth stack that includes analysis, agents, and automated pipelines.

• Create, define, specify, launch, and evaluate targeted offers and campaigns, such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences.

• Examine warehouse and on-chain data to uncover patterns and transform them into actionable campaigns.

• Enhance player signals through on-chain activities, status-match programs, social account linking, and various other sources.

• Execute campaigns via email, in-app notifications, Telegram, and other communication channels.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver consistent product surfaces.

• Manage a segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct involvement with the founding team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine curiosity about the motivations behind people's behaviors.

• Strong intuition regarding player psychology and incentive design.

• Experience in sectors such as gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is advantageous.

• Capability to independently generate clean cohort cuts from ambiguous queries.

• Proficiency in using AI to formulate queries, conduct analyses, and automate tasks.

• High productivity coupled with sound judgment.

• A proactive approach to executing tasks directly, including sending emails, running queries, and drafting specifications.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Relevant experience such as Growth PM in a data-intensive consumer company, MBB consultant transitioning to product, or a product-oriented data scientist/analyst.

• Background in data-heavy consumer products, product growth, data analysis, or consulting is beneficial.
