📋 Description

• Create and execute AI-driven growth marketing strategies across various multi-channel B2B campaigns.

• Build predictive lead scoring models utilizing machine learning to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.

• Work closely with product, sales, and data science teams to embed AI insights into go-to-market strategies.

• Manage data hygiene, ensure privacy compliance, and uphold cybersecurity protocols for all marketing data assets.

• Direct A/B and multivariate testing of creative materials, landing pages, and email sequences enhanced by AI.

• Evaluate campaign performance, create actionable dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership.

• Provide mentorship and training to junior marketers on AI tools, data interpretation, and growth hacking methodologies.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices to sustain a competitive edge.

• Propel iterative enhancements to the marketing tech stack by integrating new AI APIs and automation workflows.

• Over 6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demonstrating a successful history of increasing revenue through data-driven strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on predictive modeling, segmentation, and attribution analysis.

• Proven ability to craft creative campaign concepts that resonate with senior decision-makers.

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and secure data handling practices.
