Senior Graphic Designer – AM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement design projects spanning digital, print, presentations, branding, and web UI.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers.

• Work collaboratively with the team to create design solutions across diverse industries.

• Incorporate AI tools into design processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.

• Facilitate training sessions and initiatives aimed at skill development for the design team.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, brand guidelines, and specific project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience (over 5 years) in graphic design, branding, or art direction, demonstrating the ability to manage high-level creative projects.

• A robust portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various platforms.

• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers, with a commitment to nurturing creative talent.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enhanced design tools.

• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple creative projects while ensuring quality and consistency.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment, capable of managing feedback and changing project priorities.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
