Creative Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance brand identities, which include logos, corporate designs, design systems, sales materials, and presentations.

• Conceptualize and design contemporary websites, landing pages, and digital user experiences.

• Develop UX/UI concepts and screen designs.

• Construct and maintain websites utilizing WordPress and Elementor.

• Generate innovative designs for both digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Design performance creatives, Google Ads, social media campaigns, landing pages, banners, and traditional advertising materials.

• Produce visual content for social media, content marketing, and email marketing initiatives.

• Create image and video assets, infographics, and various creative content formats.

• Leverage modern AI tools for ideation, content creation, image generation, and optimization of workflows.

• Collaborate with the web development team on more intricate technical features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of branding, visual design, typography, imagery, and UX/UI design principles.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and contemporary AI design tools.

• Very good knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.

• Experience in designing and maintaining responsive websites.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a plus.

• Proven experience in designing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, along with creating creatives for social media and performance marketing.

• Strong affinity for software, quick learning ability, and capacity to independently grasp new tools and technologies.

• Completed training or degree in graphic design, design, or media (from a technical college, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent qualification).

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German (minimum C2 level, preferably native-speaker fluency).

• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.

• Portfolio/work samples and details of past experiences are required.
