Senior Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and uphold Windows, Intune (including compliance, configuration, updates, and BitLocker), as well as Conditional Access policies in Entra ID.

• Oversee identities and access management: MFA, dynamic groups, PIM, access reviews, and least privilege principles.

• Set up federation across tenants and subscriptions (B2B, cross-tenant, Azure).

• Enforce security baselines for endpoints (Windows, macOS, and mobile) and keep track of Secure Score and Defender.

• Assist in the rollout of ZTNA.

• Document policies and maintain evidence for audits and compliance requirements.

• Offer Level 3 support to the Service Desk for identity and endpoint-related challenges.

• Integrate the Microsoft environment with change management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and managing a corporate Microsoft environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, Autopilot, application management).

• Familiarity with Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, groups, and administrative roles.

• Knowledge of Windows policies (GPO and Intune/MDM).

• Expertise in identity federation and multi-tenant or multi-subscription environments.

• Experience in deploying corporate security controls.

• Preferred: Knowledge of ZTNA/SASE (Entra Private Access, Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare).

• Preferred: Familiarity with Defender for Endpoint, Purview, or Sentinel.

• Preferred: SC-300, MD-102, SC-100, or AZ-500 certifications.

• Preferred: Understanding of ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, and CVM/BACEN requirements.

• Preferred: Experience within the financial services sector or regulated environments.

• Proficiency in English for technical documentation reading.
