This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop refined, accessible, and thoroughly tested React/TypeScript interfaces for cost and usage dashboards, connector configurations, and platform administration.
• Design, create, and sustain scalable microservices based on Go and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Construct and enhance Python connectors and collectors for AWS, Azure, GCP, LLM providers, and SaaS vendors.
• Expand the established connector pipeline encompassing credential management, execution, normalization, persistence, and presentation.
• Ensure that every new integration adheres to consistent product patterns from connector tile through creation and editing processes.
• Normalize vendor cost and usage data to align with the FOCUS standard, including AI token- and credit-based billing data.
• Model and persist data utilizing SQL, Python ORMs, and Databricks when appropriate.
• Enhance platform observability, reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Deploy and support services in AWS, while also integrating with Azure and GCP as data sources and targets.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ArgoCD, and feature flags to implement changes safely and effectively.
• Leverage AI coding tools as part of daily delivery, treating prompts, skills, and internal documentation as reviewable engineering artifacts.
• Transform repetitive tasks into reusable skills, agents, and documented playbooks that boost the overall team’s efficiency.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional product team comprising engineers, product partners, and ITAM/FinOps stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including delivery in a consulting, client-facing, or contract environment.
• Strong, recent hands-on experience in building production web applications using React and TypeScript.
• At least one year of commercial experience with Go development.
• Production experience with Python, especially for API integrations, data collection, or backend services.
• Proven track record of integrating third-party REST APIs, including OAuth/API-key authentication, pagination, rate limiting, retries, idempotency, error handling, and partial-failure scenarios.
• In-depth understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and service-to-service integration patterns.
• Solid SQL and data modeling experience, including practical work with an ORM such as SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, Hibernate, or similar.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and modern code review and testing practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams utilizing Jira and Confluence.
• Confidence in using AI-assisted engineering tools while critically reviewing, testing, and validating generated code.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, a pragmatic problem-solving approach, and rapid adaptability in a complex product environment.
• Familiarity with FinOps, cloud cost management, cloud billing, usage analytics, or the FOCUS standard is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management or the software licensing domain is advantageous; experience with FlexNet Manager Suite is a bonus.
• Familiarity with AWS Cost and Usage Reports, Azure Cost Management, GCP billing exports, or similar cloud billing APIs is preferred.
• Knowledge of LLM provider APIs and token- or credit-based billing models is a plus.
• Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Databricks, event-driven architectures, or messaging platforms is desirable.
• Strong AWS experience, including deploying and supporting production applications, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes Jobs, ArgoCD, Helm, GitOps, or feature-flag platforms like Split.io is beneficial.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, and production reliability is beneficial.
• Experience in building internal developer tools, agent skills, MCP servers, or reusable AI-enabled engineering workflows is preferred.
• Previous experience in a SaaS product organization is a plus.
