• Oversee the full cycle of project execution, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings to showcase consulting deliverables.
• Create and implement project plans within established parameters and timelines.
• Provide recommendations through market access routes and strategic evaluations.
• Formulate future-state sales and partnership strategies.
• Develop sales coverage models, define job roles, and design commercial organization structures.
• Seamlessly integrate go-to-market strategies with people, processes, and technology.
• Craft contemporary marketing strategies that encompass audience segmentation, value propositions, demand-generation suggestions, and engagement approaches throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Establish marketing performance frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational models to enhance spending efficiency, boost return on investment (ROI), and amplify marketing's impact on revenue.
• Construct financial models to back up recommendations.
• Create go-to-market solutions spanning B2B channel strategy, B2B sales strategy and operations, along with marketing strategy and operations.
• Act as the primary contact for engagement delivery, overseeing timelines, workstreams, deliverables, team members, and clients.
• Formulate and evaluate hypotheses, conduct research, develop solutions, and present insights to clients.
• Cultivate consensus by presenting fact-based narratives.
• Supervise analyst- and consultant-level resources throughout project engagements.
• Prior experience in management consulting is essential.
• Extensive background in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer success, or channel partnerships.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or master's degree is preferred.
• 3–4 years of consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading projects for large, complex organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from developing hypotheses to delivering final presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of multiple specific workstreams.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in managing both internal and external stakeholders while supporting projects from start to finish.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project collaboration tools like Monday.com.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.
• Preference for candidates who can work during EST hours.
