This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of market assessment and sizing for North America, including analyses of TAM, SAM, and SOM.

• Recognize market trends, adoption patterns, regulatory influences, and competitive dynamics.

• Establish and uphold market segmentation criteria, buyer personas, and target account listings.

• Collaborate with the Global Product Line by integrating North American market intelligence into global roadmap planning.

• Assist in 3–5 year Long Term Strategy planning by providing regional market insights.

• Formulate a regional commercial strategy, including positioning, value propositions, customer use cases, and go-to-market strategies.

• Own the sales playbook, translating strategy into actionable execution.

• Develop and clearly communicate end-to-end solution architecture encompassing hardware, software, licensing, integration, deployment, and total cost of ownership.

• Work with Marketing to create thought leadership and enhance lead generation.

• Present at customer events and perform product demonstrations.

• Seek out and evaluate new customer opportunities, transitioning them to Sales once a commercial strategy is established.

• Support qualified opportunities throughout the sales cycle by providing market, competitive, and solution architecture insights.

• Participate in key customer meetings without being responsible for sales execution or account management.

• Advocate for solutions internally across the Growth Team, Sales, and various business lines.

• Provide training to Sales on positioning and solution architecture during launches and following significant updates.

• Gather and share market insights and customer learnings.

• Propel commercial pipeline growth, customer pilots, proof-of-concept placements, profitable solution advancements, and gross margin by segment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Power Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Utilities and/or Large Industrial clients on topics related to Automation & Control, Reliability, Telecom Infrastructure, or Power & Asset Management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial capacity, such as sales, account management, business development, or strategy.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, market strategy, or commercial analysis.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to drive market opportunities and growth initiatives from start to finish.

• Ability to lead by influence across Marketing, Sales, Product, Commercial Operations, and Engineering teams.

• Proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

• Competence in synthesizing quantitative market data and qualitative customer feedback into a cohesive market strategy.

• Strong financial and analytical abilities.

• Experience in building market models, segmentation frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional skills in prioritization and time management.

• Comfort in presenting to customer audiences and delivering product demonstrations without being a technical subject matter expert.

• Ability to distill complex market dynamics and solution architecture into concise executive briefs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as applicable.
