Senior Global Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the clinical execution of assigned projects while adhering to regulatory standards, client agreements, and internal SOPs.

• Achieve project recruitment objectives and formulate suitable recruitment strategies.

• Participate in the development of project risk mitigation strategies and manage clinical risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure the delivery of clinical quality by establishing quality benchmarks, planning compliance initiatives, and addressing clinical quality challenges.

• Oversee the clinical elements of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), while identifying additional service opportunities.

• Direct clinical teams in the execution of large-scale, global trials and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in achieving milestones and report to stakeholders in accordance with project scope requirements.

• Manage the clinical team at the project level, focusing on resource allocation, talent planning, and providing project-related training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related scientific field (must be graduated).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical research.

• Experience in oncology is mandatory.

• Prior experience with onsite monitoring activities is required.

• Extensive global trial management experience is essential, with accountability for global trial delivery.

• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in the language.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management practices and terminology.

• Strong knowledge of relevant clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in work, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.

• Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making.

• Effective mentoring and training capabilities.
