This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project timelines, staffing, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the efforts of technical, analytical, and support teams.
• Monitor project advancement, risks, issues, and action items.
• Ensure that project requirements and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and punctually.
• Act as the primary liaison for project coordination and status updates.
• Organize project meetings and communicate priorities, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts to address project challenges.
• Create project status reports, schedules, briefings, and other management documentation.
• Assist with resource planning and ensure adequate staffing for project activities.
• Identify potential schedule, staffing, or technical risks and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain effective communication among client stakeholders, project teams, and company leadership.
• Provide guidance on multiple technical assignments as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing information technology, data, software, GIS, or similar technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, staffing, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and client stakeholders.
• Capability to meet relevant client access requirements.
• Experience managing projects that involve GIS, data management, software applications, or enterprise information systems.
• Background in supporting government, facilities, real property, or asset management programs.
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or related GIS technologies.
• Experience working within cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical capability to sit or stand for extended periods, type and read from a computer screen, bend, reach, kneel, walk moderate to long distances when required, and potentially lift up to 25 lbs.
