This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design robust and scalable testing methodologies along with red-teaming frameworks for foundational models, multimodal systems, and AI agents.
β’ Create prompt strategies across various risk domains to uncover intricate model vulnerabilities.
β’ Investigate emerging jailbreak tactics, prompt injection methods, and circumvention techniques.
β’ Offer technical and policy insights to assist the Program Lead in project scoping, risk assessment, and strategic direction.
β’ Document, synthesize, and enhance Aliceβs internal AI Safety knowledge repository.
β’ Standardize best practices, taxonomies, and research outcomes across the team.
β’ Guide junior analysts and uplift the analytical standards of the team.
β’ Manage engagement lifecycles from planning and methodology design through to execution, quality assurance, and final delivery.
β’ Supervise complex, multi-language datasets across various areas of abuse.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, product, policy, and client-facing teams to share findings and shape mitigation strategies.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in AI Safety, Responsible AI, Trust & Safety, or related research fields.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in research design and developing qualitative or quantitative evaluation methodologies for Generative AI.
β’ In-depth domain knowledge of content risks, including toxicity, copyright issues, misinformation, and violations of safety policies.
β’ Proven history of project ownership, managing deliverables from start to finish with meticulous attention to detail in dynamic environments.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of contemporary Generative AI architectures, prompt engineering, red-teaming, and AI agents.
β’ Excellent communication abilities to serve as a key subject-matter expert for program leads, internal teams, and clients.
β’ Published research in academic journals, industry whitepapers, or research institutes is a valuable addition.
β’ Practical experience in evaluating multimodal systems is a plus.
β’ Experience in mentoring, leading, or conducting quality assurance for junior analysts and researchers is advantageous.
