Senior Functional/Technical Analyst – SAP MRO Aftermarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conduct system configurations, customizations, and maintenance within designated SAP modules

• Engage in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream

• Address technical and functional issues while ensuring integration with other solutions/applications

• Document business requirements and convert them into specification documents

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to connect Operations with other enterprise applications

• Lead or take part in ERP-related projects, aligning stakeholders with the digital solution vision, scope, schedule, and budget

• Identify, assess, and implement ongoing business improvement opportunities utilizing standard application configurations

• Advocate for best practices and enhance business benefits

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to post-go-live support teams

• Travel as necessary based on business/project requirements

• Candidates may be required to participate in certain interview stages in person at an office location

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience; OR 14+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

• 5+ years of experience in SAP configuration, specifically in the SAP Production Planning module

• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical abilities

• Experience in project management

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• SAP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience is preferred

• Strong technical background in a complex SAP environment is desirable

• Proven leadership in successful process improvement initiatives is a plus

• Willingness and ability to travel based on business/project requirements
