Senior Functional Consultant – IFS Copperleaf

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary client liaison for extensive and intricate implementations.

• Comprehend and convey client needs effectively.

• Utilize internal teams and expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

• Partner with customers and collaborators at client locations throughout North America.

• Manage the complete client journey, covering requirements scoping, system customization, integration, and user training.

• Lead project initiatives spanning from 3 months to 1 year in duration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting or related fields.

• Proficient customer-facing consulting abilities, including influencing, advising, mediating, and scope management.

• Capability to guide both internal and external teams towards achieving project milestones over periods of 3 months to 1 year.

• Familiarity with software deployment technologies, networks, and databases.

• Understanding of business processes.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of operational research methods such as simulation, optimization, failure rate modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Technical degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in various cities.

• Experience with large industrial organizations, including Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Transport/Rail sectors.

• Must be based in the US.

• Ability to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.
