Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain fullstack software solutions utilizing data analytics and artificial intelligence.

• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to convert business requirements into scalable, high-performance systems.

• Advocate for clean architecture, performance enhancement, robust coding standards, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

• Engage in design reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.

• Deliver production-quality software that meets or surpasses expectations.

• Investigate and implement emerging technologies to foster continuous innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in building and maintaining scalable fullstack applications.

• Proficiency with modern frameworks and technologies, including Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Capability to architect, develop, and deliver complex software solutions from start to finish.

• In-depth understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices, including SOLID, DDD, and clean architecture.

• Strong emphasis on creating maintainable, testable, and high-performance code.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps practices.

• Understanding of data analytics and AI integration concepts.

• Ability to design and develop data-driven products using contemporary ML or analytics frameworks.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

• Proven history of ownership, driving initiatives, and mentoring junior developers.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven systems.
