Senior Fullstack Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement product features utilizing AI coding agents as the main execution loop.

• Develop specifications and context-rich tasks that encompass architecture, team standards, existing patterns, and acceptance criteria.

• Refine agent-generated output until it aligns with quality standards.

• Review and validate agent-generated code prior to production deployment.

• Take ownership of features from requirement clarification through to delivery, testing, production release, and post-release monitoring.

• Enhance shared agent context, rules, prompts, and guardrails for the team.

• Conduct reviews of code and documentation.

• Engage in duty rotations, monitor production systems, address incidents, and ensure service availability.

• Advance technically within a robust engineering culture that prioritizes clean architecture and high delivery standards.

• Develop and maintain SignNow, an electronic signature and document workflow solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial software engineering.

• Practical experience in developing production software with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.

• Experience in establishing agent context, breaking down tasks for an agent, and validating the output of agents.

• Hands-on experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment.

• Practical experience with testing methodologies and defining adequate coverage.

• Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.

• Ability to create technical documentation using methods such as the C4 model and ADRs.

• Strong skills in task decomposition and prioritization.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
