Senior FullStack Developer – .NET, Javascript, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and sustain scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack applications utilizing .NET Core and React.

• Mitigate security vulnerabilities within both frontend and backend codebases by adhering to modern secure coding standards and OWASP guidelines.

• Convert architectural directives into clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Provide actionable technical insights during team design discussions.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance, reliability, and interactions between backend and frontend.

• Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows, such as Claude Code, to expedite feature delivery, facilitate cross-file refactoring, and enable automated testing.

• Promote unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.

• Uphold code quality and CI/CD standards within the development pipeline.

• Conduct peer code reviews.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in backend development with extensive expertise in .NET Core (C#).

• Familiarity with ASP.NET and legacy ASP.NET frameworks.

• Strong practical skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience utilizing Claude Code through terminal, IDE, and GitHub integrations.

• Hands-on experience with AI agents and AI-driven workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Comprehensive understanding of SOLID and DRY principles.

• Knowledge of microservices and monolithic design patterns.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

• Proficient in query optimization and schema design.

• Familiarity with AWS, containerization, RESTful API design, Git, and automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues within production environments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Enthusiasm for learning new languages, frameworks, and engineering tools.
