β’ Create and develop business logic and domain modules within an ASP.NET Core API, adhering to the principles of Clean Architecture (Domain, Application, Infrastructure, API layers).
β’ Construct and support asynchronous background processing services (a .NET worker) tailored for document-intensive workflows, managed through message queues.
β’ Design and maintain a variety of Next.js/React applications catering to different user groups (internal operations/back-office tools and external/customer-facing platforms), utilizing a unified package layer.
β’ Develop relational data models and produce efficient data access code (EF Core / PostgreSQL).
β’ Integrate with cloud-native infrastructures, including message queues, blob storage, secrets management, and managed identity providers.
β’ Establish authentication and authorization protocols across various identity boundaries (distinguishing between workforce and external/customer identities).
β’ Collaborate on API contracts and shared TypeScript types utilized by front-end applications.
β’ Engage in architectural decisions that ensure a growing monolith remains modular, maintainable, and comprehensively tested (unit, integration, contract, and architecture tests).
β’ Operate within a human-in-the-loop product model: develop tools enabling operators to review, correct, and approve AI-assisted extraction outcomes, ensuring full traceability from raw intake to final approval.
β’ Write and uphold automated tests throughout the stack and contribute to the health of the CI/CD pipeline.
β’ Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.
β’ Over 8 years of professional software development experience, with extensive expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core).
β’ At least 4 years of experience developing production front-end applications using React, including Next.js (App Router, server components/actions, route handlers).
β’ Strong comprehension of Clean/Layered Architecture, domain modeling, and the separation of concerns in complex back-end systems.
β’ Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs (EF Core or equivalent), including migrations and optimizing query performance.
β’ Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable working within a monorepo that includes shared, versioned internal packages.
β’ Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP equivalents will be considered) β including messaging/queues, object storage, and secrets management.
β’ Background in implementing or integrating OAuth2/OIDC-based authentication, ideally with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID or similar).
β’ Strong commitment to automated testing, including unit, integration, and contract testing for both back end and front end.
β’ Ability to work across the entire stack without hand-offs β from database schema through to API and UI.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating within a small, senior, high-autonomy engineering team.
β’ Competitive salary and performance-related bonuses.
β’ Flexible working hours and remote work options.
β’ Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
β’ Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
β’ Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
