Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Design and develop business logic and domain modules within an ASP.NET Core API, adhering to Clean Architecture principles.

• Create and sustain asynchronous background processing services utilizing a .NET worker for document-intensive workflows managed through message queues.

• Build and manage several Next.js/React applications for internal operations, back-office tools, and external/customer-facing portals.

• Share a unified package layer across front-end applications.

• Construct relational data models and write efficient data access code using EF Core/PostgreSQL.

• Integrate cloud-native infrastructures, including message queues, blob storage, secrets management, and managed identity providers.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms spanning workforce and external/customer identity boundaries.

• Collaborate on API contracts and shared TypeScript types utilized by front-end applications.

• Engage in architectural decisions to support a modular, maintainable, and well-tested monolith.

• Develop human-in-the-loop tools for operators to review, correct, and approve AI-assisted extraction results with comprehensive traceability.

• Write and uphold automated tests across the entire stack and contribute to CI/CD pipeline health.

• Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience, with in-depth expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core).

• More than 4 years of experience in building production front-end applications using React, including Next.js (App Router, server components/actions, route handlers).

• Strong grasp of Clean/Layered Architecture, domain modeling, and the separation of concerns in complex back-end systems.

• Familiarity with relational databases and ORMs (EF Core or equivalent), including migrations and query optimization.

• Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable working in a monorepo with shared, versioned internal packages.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP equivalents considered), including messaging/queues, object storage, and secrets management.

• Background in implementing or integrating OAuth2/OIDC-based authentication, preferably with enterprise identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID or similar.

• Strong commitment to automated testing: unit, integration, and contract testing on both back end and front end.

• Competent in working across the full stack without hand-offs, from database schema to API to UI.

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating within a small, senior, high-autonomy engineering team.
