Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop business logic and domain modules within an ASP.NET Core API while adhering to Clean Architecture principles.

• Create and maintain asynchronous background processing services in a .NET worker for workflows that involve extensive document handling, managed through message queues.

• Construct and uphold several Next.js/React applications for internal operations, back-office tools, and customer-facing portals.

• Design relational data models and produce efficient data access code utilizing EF Core/PostgreSQL.

• Integrate with cloud-native infrastructure, including message queues, blob storage, secrets management, and managed identity providers.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms across workforce and external/customer identity boundaries.

• Collaborate on API contracts and shared TypeScript types utilized by front-end applications.

• Engage in architectural decisions to ensure the modular monolith remains maintainable and well-tested.

• Develop tools for operators to review, correct, and approve AI-assisted extraction results, ensuring complete traceability of data changes.

• Write and uphold automated tests across the stack while participating in CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

• Take part in code reviews and technical design discussions, and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience, with extensive expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core).

• More than 4 years of experience in creating production front-end applications using React, including Next.js (App Router, server components/actions, route handlers).

• Strong comprehension of Clean/Layered Architecture, domain modeling, and the separation of concerns in complex back-end systems.

• Proficient in relational databases and ORMs (EF Core or equivalent), with experience in migrations and optimizing query performance.

• Solid skills in TypeScript and familiarity with working in a monorepo that contains shared, versioned internal packages.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP equivalents will be considered), including messaging/queues, object storage, and secrets management.

• Background in implementing or integrating OAuth2/OIDC-based authentication, preferably with enterprise identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID or similar.

• Strong discipline in automated testing: unit, integration, and contract testing for both back end and front end.

• Ability to work comfortably across the entire stack without hand-offs, from database schema to API to UI.

• Exceptional communication skills and experience working in a small, senior, high-autonomy engineering team.
