This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Create and develop business logic and domain modules in an ASP.NET Core API adhering to Clean Architecture principles (Domain, Application, Infrastructure, API layers).
• Construct and oversee asynchronous background processing services (a .NET worker) designed for document-intensive workflows, managed through message queues.
• Design and support multiple Next.js/React applications for internal operations/back-office as well as external/customer-facing users, utilizing a shared package layer.
• Develop relational data models and produce efficient data access code using EF Core/PostgreSQL.
• Integrate with cloud-native infrastructure, including message queues, blob storage, secrets management, and managed identity providers.
• Implement authentication and authorization across workforce and external/customer identity boundaries.
• Collaborate on API contracts and shared TypeScript types utilized by front-end applications.
• Engage in architectural decisions that promote a modular, maintainable, and well-tested monolith.
• Create human-in-the-loop tools for operators to review, amend, and approve AI-assisted extraction outcomes with full traceability.
• Write and sustain automated tests across the entire stack and contribute to the health of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Over 8 years of professional software development experience, with extensive knowledge in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core).
• More than 4 years of experience building production front-end applications with React, including Next.js (App Router, server components/actions, route handlers).
• Deep understanding of Clean/Layered Architecture, domain modeling, and the separation of concerns in complex back-end systems.
• Proficiency with relational databases and ORMs (EF Core or equivalent), including migrations and optimizing query performance.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and comfort working within a monorepo that contains shared, versioned internal packages.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP equivalents considered) — messaging/queues, object storage, secrets management.
• Experience in implementing or integrating OAuth2/OIDC-based authentication, ideally with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID or similar).
• A robust automated testing discipline: unit, integration, and contract testing for both back end and front end.
• Capability to work across the full stack without hand-offs — from database schema to API to UI.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working in a small, senior, high-autonomy engineering team.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible work hours and remote work options.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Supportive and inclusive company culture.
