This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Design and develop business logic and domain modules within an ASP.NET Core API, adhering to Clean Architecture principles.
β’ Create and uphold asynchronous background processing services in a .NET worker for workflows that involve heavy document processing, coordinated via message queues.
β’ Build and manage various Next.js/React applications for internal operational tools as well as external customer-facing platforms.
β’ Architect relational data models and craft efficient data access code utilizing EF Core/PostgreSQL.
β’ Integrate with cloud-native infrastructure, including message queues, blob storage, secrets management, and managed identity providers.
β’ Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms across workforce and external/customer identity domains.
β’ Collaborate on API contracts and shared TypeScript types that are utilized by front-end applications.
β’ Engage in architectural decision-making to ensure the modular monolith remains maintainable and thoroughly tested.
β’ Develop tools for operators to review, amend, and validate AI-assisted extraction results, ensuring full data-change traceability.
β’ Write and uphold automated tests across the entire stack and participate in maintaining the CI/CD pipeline's health.
β’ Take part in code reviews and technical design discussions while mentoring junior engineers.
β’ Over 8 years of professional software development experience, with extensive expertise in C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core).
β’ More than 4 years of experience developing production front-end applications using React, including Next.js (App Router, server components/actions, route handlers).
β’ Strong understanding of Clean/Layered Architecture, domain modeling, and the separation of concerns within complex back-end systems.
β’ Proficient in relational databases and ORMs (EF Core or equivalent), including experience with migrations and optimizing query performance.
β’ Solid TypeScript capabilities and familiarity with working in a monorepo that uses shared, versioned internal packages.
β’ Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP equivalents considered), including messaging/queues, object storage, and secrets management.
β’ Familiarity with implementing or integrating OAuth2/OIDC-based authentication, particularly with enterprise identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID or similar.
β’ Strong discipline in automated testing: unit, integration, and contract testing on both back end and front end.
β’ Comfortable navigating the full stack without hand-offs, from database schema to API to user interface.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and experience working within a small, senior, high-autonomy engineering team.
