Senior Fullstack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) utilizing generative AI, automation, and system integrations.

• Construct automated workflows employing n8n and API connections.

• Collaborate with platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI, and others.

• Develop or improve solutions using two or more of the following programming languages: Node.js, React, PHP, and Python.

• Integrate internal systems, databases, web applications, and AI technologies.

• Assist in the technical design of agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility, effort, risks, and architecture of proposed solutions.

• Promote best practices regarding security, logging, authentication, and the secure handling of data.

• Document solutions and facilitate the transition of MVPs into production environments.

• Serve in a consultative role to map current processes (As-Is) and recommend future processes (To-Be).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in AI-accelerated development, including tools like Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, or vibe coding instruments.

• Proven experience in creating AI agents.

• Ability to grasp business needs, validate current processes (As-Is), and suggest value-added future processes (To-Be).

• Practical experience with n8n for developing automations and integrations.

• Experience in swiftly creating prototypes and advancing them into viable MVPs.

• Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and REST API integration.

• Knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or AI integrations.

• Familiarity with PHP applications.

• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

• Understanding of cloud technologies, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures.

• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI APIs.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with product, business, and technology teams.

• Autonomy and a focus on delivering results.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Innovative mindset and willingness to take calculated risks.

• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.

• Knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD, data security, and AI governance.

• Familiarity with the BMAD Method and agent orchestration.

• Experience in the education and healthcare sectors.

• Knowledge of TOTVS/RM or Protheus.
