Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer, Node.js, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development of features at all stages — from ideation and design to development, release, and results analysis.

• Analyze the market and competitors, identify innovative solutions, and propose new features for the product.

• Develop and enhance backend and product features, and work on the frontend portion of the product as needed.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to discuss architectural solutions and approaches to system building.

• Design and develop infrastructure solutions for the product.

• Foster an AI-native engineering environment for agent-based coding and secure development and deployment of solutions.

• Improve the stability, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development or Full-Stack with a focus on backend.

• Experience working in a product company.

• Proficient experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience in frontend development using React or Next.js with TypeScript.

• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.

• Knowledge of software architecture and system design.

• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.

• Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).

• Active use of AI tools and agent-based coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).

• Significant advantage will be experience building technical architecture and engineering processes at early product development stages.
