
Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership and develop features across the entire stack, from PostgreSQL schema and tRPC procedures to portal UI, within a Turborepo monorepo.
• Oversee two Next.js applications along with thirteen shared packages.
• Manage and maintain third-party integrations, including Cal.com Atoms, Zoom, Google Meet, Cloudflare Stream, Stripe, Resend, and Twilio.
• Deliver features from specifications to production utilizing CI workflows that encompass typechecking, linting, Playwright, pgTAP, integration testing, migration parity, secret scanning, and static analysis.
• Enhance row-level security across all tables and uphold service-role boundaries.
• Maintain the append-only audit trail and ensure PII redaction for data pertaining to minors.
• Take charge of the Next.js public marketing site, ensuring it remains in sync with mirrored Webflow pages.
• Prioritize, plan, and independently deliver as the sole engineer, maintaining close communication with the founder.
• Document technical decisions and collaborate asynchronously with clear written communication.
• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.
• Over 6 years of experience in building and deploying full-stack web products.
• Proficient in TypeScript with React and Next.js, including the latest versions (Next 16, React 19, TypeScript 6).
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL, covering relational modeling, migrations, row-level security, and query performance.
• Experience in designing typed APIs (RPC or REST).
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization workflows.
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong commitment to a test-driven workflow and experience in maintaining reliable test suites.
• Proven track record of independently managing a production product, including operational maintenance.
• Capable of clear technical writing.
• Experience with Supabase, Drizzle, or similar type-safe ORM is preferred.
• Familiarity with monorepos, Stripe, background jobs, video delivery, transactional email and SMS, signed webhooks, static analysis, secret scanning, AI coding tools, Webflow, and Figma is a plus.
