This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, create, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-oriented web platforms.
• Develop solutions that support significant automotive OEM programs and dealership clients across the country.
• Collaborate effectively with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Research, prototype, and implement innovative technologies, proof-of-concepts, and platform improvements.
• Shape product direction, APIs, and technical standards.
• Lead projects from the initial concept stage through to deployment.
• Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and adherence to best practices.
• Engage in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise applications.
• Strong background in full stack .NET application development.
• Advanced expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.
• Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• Proven capability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
• Preferred experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Preferred experience deploying .NET solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Kubernetes, serverless functions, or virtualized infrastructure.
• Preferred experience in building high-scale SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization tools is a plus.
• Must be available during the hours of 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• Must reside within the Continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
