This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain scalable applications and services tailored for marketing, data processing, and consumer-oriented web platforms.
• Build solutions that support significant automotive OEM initiatives and serve hundreds of dealership clients across the country.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Investigate, prototype, and implement cutting-edge technologies, proof-of-concepts, and enhancements to platforms.
• Shape product direction, APIs, and technical standards.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to full deployment.
• Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across distributed systems and production settings.
• Mentor and support developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
• Engage in modern CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, and operational effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of professional software development experience in creating enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in full stack .NET application development.
• Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.
• Knowledge of distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms like Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
• A strong foundation in computer science principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative development environment.
• Preferred experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience in designing and deploying .NET solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Kubernetes, serverless functions, or virtualized infrastructure is preferred.
• Preferred experience in developing high-scale SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization tools is a plus.
• Candidates must reside within the Continental U.S.; preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
• Must be available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
