This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-facing web platforms.
• Create solutions that support major automotive OEM programs and numerous dealership clients nationwide.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Architect and deliver innovative solutions.
• Research, prototype, and implement new technologies, proof-of-concepts, and platform enhancements.
• Influence product direction, APIs, and technical standards.
• Lead projects from inception through deployment.
• Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues across distributed systems and production environments.
• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.
• Engage in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise applications.
• Strong background in full stack .NET application development.
• Advanced expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with modern front-end development utilizing Angular, Vue.js, or React.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.
• Familiarity with distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
• Strong foundation in computer science principles including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficient in TDD, Automated Testing, CI/CD, and code quality tooling.
• Familiar with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Preferred: .NET solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Kubernetes, serverless functions, or virtualized infrastructure.
• Preferred: Experience with high-scale SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization tools is a plus.
• Must reside within the Continental U.S.; Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred.
• Ability to support hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
