Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-oriented web platforms.

• Create solutions that support significant automotive OEM programs and serve hundreds of dealership clients across the nation.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Conduct research, prototype, and implement new technologies, including proof-of-concepts and platform enhancements.

• Shape product direction, APIs, and technical standards.

• Lead projects from initial concept to final deployment.

• Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer efficiency.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across distributed systems and production environments.

• Mentor and provide guidance to developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.

• Engage in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.

• Create technology solutions for Team Velocity, a comprehensive automotive marketing agency utilizing its Apollo technology platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise applications.

• Proficient in full stack .NET application development.

• Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.

• Exposure to technologies like Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.

• Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.

• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Familiarity with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools.

• Experience utilizing AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.

• Ability to independently drive projects to successful outcomes.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative development setting.

• Preferred experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Preferred experience deploying .NET solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Kubernetes, serverless functions, or virtualized infrastructure.

• Preferred experience in building high-scale SaaS or multi-tenant applications.

• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization is a plus.

• Must reside within the Continental U.S.; candidates from Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred.

• Ability to support work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
