β€’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-facing web platforms.

β€’ Create solutions that support automotive OEM programs and dealership clients across the nation.

β€’ Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

β€’ Research, prototype, and implement new technologies, proof-of-concepts, and enhancements to platforms.

β€’ Influence product direction, APIs, and establish technical standards.

β€’ Lead projects from initial concept to final deployment.

β€’ Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

β€’ Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges within distributed systems and production environments.

β€’ Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and the best practices.

β€’ Engage in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.

β€’ Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to boost productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.

β€’ Team Velocity offers integrated marketing solutions and proprietary technology to automotive OEMs and dealerships.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

β€’ Over 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise applications.

β€’ Strong proficiency in full stack .NET application development.

β€’ Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

β€’ Experience with frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.

β€’ Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

β€’ Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.

β€’ Knowledge of distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.

β€’ Foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.

β€’ Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.

β€’ Familiarity with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools.

β€’ Experience with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies.

β€’ Proven ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.

β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
