Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-facing web platforms.

• Create solutions that support automotive OEM programs and dealership clients across the nation.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Research, prototype, and implement new technologies, proof-of-concepts, and enhancements to platforms.

• Influence product direction, APIs, and establish technical standards.

• Lead projects from initial concept to final deployment.

• Enhance platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges within distributed systems and production environments.

• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and the best practices.

• Engage in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to boost productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience in building enterprise applications.

• Strong proficiency in full stack .NET application development.

• Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, or React.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies.

• Knowledge of distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies.

• Foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance.

• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.

• Familiarity with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tools.

• Experience with AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Proven ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
