Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of edge applications, encompassing data models, APIs, interfaces, deployment, and production support.

• Develop and maintain web applications for hotel and venue teams, guests, and partners.

• Utilize Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS for application development.

• Initiate the creation of new applications from initial product concepts and make early architectural decisions.

• Design multi-tenant data and identity frameworks for various customer organizations.

• Collaborate directly with product and customer-facing teams to convert operational challenges into delivered software.

• Generate code through AI-assisted workflows while ensuring correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Set standards for specifying, reviewing, and validating AI-assisted work.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

• Contribute to the architecture and operational practices for a growing suite of applications.

• Engage as an individual contributor within a fully remote, collaborative team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building and managing production web applications.

• Proficiency across the full stack with TypeScript, a modern React framework, Node.js, and relational databases.

• Experience in deploying applications on AWS with a solid understanding of serverless and managed-service trade-offs.

• Capability to design and refine data models effectively.

• Proven experience in an AI-first environment, delivering real systems using AI-assisted workflows.

• High standards for code correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Preferred: Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, sales and catering, booking engines).

• Preferred: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, per-tenant data isolation, or SSO federation.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce as a system of record.

• Preferred: Experience in developing internal developer tools.
