Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, Django, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Implement complete features using Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript for scheduling, clinical records, invoicing, and reporting.

• Oversee the Playwright end-to-end testing suite for both API and UI.

• Develop AI functionalities, such as an MCP server and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock, ensuring compliance with EU data residency.

• Strategize and execute releases, including scoping, QA approval, migrations, deployment sequencing, feature flags, and rollback procedures.

• Manage production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers, and the real-time server.

• Direct incident resolution and conduct post-mortem analyses.

• Create and uphold integrations with UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging, 3D scans, and country-specific tax and invoicing systems.

• Ensure multi-tenant access control, roles, permissions, and audit trails are maintained.

• Enhance performance by addressing N+1 queries, optimizing endpoints and reports, and executing safe live-data migrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and clinics to clarify requirements, demonstrate completed work, and convert support tickets into root-cause resolutions.

• Mentor a junior developer and enhance engineering standards through code reviews, Jenkins pipelines, and Terraform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.

• Proficient hands-on experience with AWS, particularly with ECS and RDS.

• Comfortable working with React.

• Practical experience in developing products utilizing AI/LLMs.

• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher), both in written and verbal communication.

• Possess an ownership mindset, capable of leading incident resolution, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mentoring peers.

• Experience in healthcare or clinical workflows is advantageous.

• Familiarity with integrations involving government or healthcare systems is a plus.
