Python Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance backend services and data pipelines utilizing Python

• Create, build, and deploy scalable backend services leveraging Python frameworks

• Produce clean, testable, and efficient code that emphasizes reliability and performance

• Construct and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous background tasks

• Enhance relational and non-relational database queries

• Engage in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in software development using Python

• Practical experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask frameworks

• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy and Django ORM

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, RESTful APIs, and the development of unit/integration tests

• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, including asyncio or message brokers like Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is a plus
