Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack production code utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Transition products from AI-generated prototypes to fully functional production.

• Conduct testing using automated tests, web testing, and real iOS and Android devices.

• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to quickly prototype and validate features.

• Assess when products have surpassed starter platforms and transition them to proprietary codebases and AWS infrastructure.

• Review code, identify build bottlenecks, and apply necessary code overrides or enhancements.

• Set technical benchmarks for clean, type-safe, and scalable output.

• Build according to product specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Recognize specification deficiencies and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Oversee App Store and Google Play submissions, manage responses, and coordinate release timelines.

• Assist the digital marketing agency with AWS accounts, hosting, access, software expenses, and technical client projects.

• Establish the technical groundwork for new products as the primary developer.

• Evolve into a technical leadership role through mentoring, code reviews, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical full-stack development experience.

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Supabase/PostgreSQL.

• Capability to review developers' work and uphold structural code quality.

• Ability to independently manage time and set priorities.

• Hands-on experience with AI code generation or agentic tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Windsurf, or v0.

• Strong awareness of UI/UX principles and product intuition.

• Proactive in identifying product gaps and proposing solutions.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with international startup teams and founders.

• Skills in testing and reproducing bugs.

• Familiarity with React Native, Capacitor, or other cross-platform mobile technologies.

• Background in transitioning products from AI app builders to production codebases.

• Experience with AWS.

• Familiar with navigating mobile apps through App Store and Google Play reviews.

• Experience in SaaS or marketing technology products.

• Understanding of analytics, tag management, and CRM integrations.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.

• Nice to have: 3+ years managing remote software engineering teams, conducting agile sprint cycles, and shaping hiring strategies or organizational development.

• Nice to have: experience in training developers and leading code reviews.

• Nice to have: background as a fractional CTO, agency tech lead, or startup technical founder.
